Issue Position: Spending and Debt

Issue Position

Date: Jan. 1, 2012

It is truly ironic how congress constantly talks of spending cuts, only to turn around and increase spending! TARP is but one example in the never-ending list of frivolous expenditures made from both the Democratic and Republican congressional leaders. In truth there are two ways that we will control debt: form a committee to review each and every law on the books (a process that will take a while), place each change into a bill and send that bill to a vote by the people at large, and then force all spending bills to pass a vote by the people at large.
